Shipping Policy

We endeavor to process and ship all ordered received before 12pm CST on the day received, or the next day shipping services are available.

Shipping Days by shipper:

• USPS - Mon - Fri

• UPS - Mon - Sat

From time to time circumstances may prevent this (low inventory, holiday hours, etc.), and in such cases we will ship at the earliest possible opportunity.

Once products have been shipped they are no longer under the control of Beck & Co. Beard Gear. The tracking number provided in your order confirmation is the only way to confirm the tracking status of your order.

On occasion, packages sent through USPS or UPS are momentarily or permanently lost. In these cases it is our procedure to allow 14 days from the original delivery date for the package to be located in the shipper’s system and delivered. After the 14 day period has lapsed, Beck & Co Beard Gear will resend the original order at no cost to the customer.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam and junk mail folders before contacting us. Every once in a while our emails will get snagged by those filters.
